Our concept
Since its opening in 2019, Fischgeniesserei has stood for sustainable, but above all fresh, seafood cuisine. At all locations, the team pampers you in a relaxed atmosphere with high-quality dishes; from reimagined classics to innovative fusion cuisine centered around seafood, there's something for everyone.
For our dishes, we exclusively use fish from sustainable fisheries (at least MSC-certified) or sustainable farming with the highest standards of product quality and animal welfare.
